We offer you our best and stand behind our products and service 100%. If you have a problem with a design please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to rectify it. PLEAE NOTE THAT THESE ARE DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY DESIGNS!! THEY ARE NOT PATCHES THAT YOU SEW ON OR IRON ON.
Files are downloaded as a zip file with multiple formats. You must have an embroidery machine to work with these files and a way to transfer the files from your computer to your embroidery machine. If the format you need is not in the zipped file, please email us with the format you need.
Privacy and Security
Your information is safe with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share personal customer information with anyone outside our company, other than what is obviously necessary to process your order (ie, the credit card service that you have chosen and ourshipping carrier). If you choose to register for email updates from us, we will be happy tokeep you on our email list. This list is maintained by us and not sold. Other information such as your telephone number, address, credit card number is used only by us to process and fulfill your order.
We cannot accept returns on any printed material, cut fabric, or digital designs. Please call us before returning any products. You will not be refunded charges or shipping charges on returned products without prior authorization.

Processing Time
We do everything in our power to ship your order out within 1-2 business days.
Sales Tax
Currently, we only have to charge sales tax on orders from customers in North Dakota at the rate of 7.5%
